What is Workplace Harassment?

Workplace harassment is unwelcome and unwanted behavior that impedes employee rights. Harassment is based on sex, race, color, religion, national origin, disability and/or age (40 years+). Harassment becomes illegal when such conduct becomes a condition of continued employment OR the conduct is severe or pervasive enough to create a work environment that a reasonable person would consider hostile, abusive and intimidating.
