At J.A. Investigative Services, LLC. /DBA/ J.A. Consultants and Training Solutions, our goal is to cultivate professional and safe work cultures. Our customized services include professional development training for any industry with tailored modules in any format to meet your needs. Also, our leadership coaching is expert-led and aimed at enhancing leadership awareness and accountability, improving team communication, refining strategic planning, and resolving conflicts effectively.

At JAIS, we specialize in workplace harassment prevention, including hostile working environment, sexual harassment, discrimination, and retaliation. With our range of services, we offer flexible Workplace Harassment/Workplace Violence Prevention Training as Professional Development for employees, as well as an additional curriculum for leadership/management personnel. We have 20+ training sessions to choose from.
In addition to training, we teach businesses how to protect themselves if a workplace harassment allegation arises. Our consultant services are confidential, professional, and impartial. Unfortunately, our school-age students are faced with many unsafe practices and acts, including, but not limited to, bullying, sexting, cyberbullying, student sexual violence, and much more. As Student Engagement Specialists, we can come to your campus or youth group to provide personable, yet professional engagement activities with your students. Virtual engagement is also available. It is our hope to reduce the number of dangerous acts that cause emotional and physical harm to students.
We provide several engagement opportunities. Our Engagement activities start at 30-minute sessions.
