This is our other highest-rated training.  This class is intended to increase the first responders safety and the safety of the individual with Autism Spectrum Disorder by identifying common ASD indicators, and reviewing best interaction practices.  It has been told by police veterans with 20, 30, and 40 years law enforcement experience, that this is one of the BEST CLASSES THAT THEY HAVE EVER TAKEN!!

This is one of our top-rated trainings.  This class is designed for men and women in  law enforcement and it provides an in-depth analysis of women in law enforcement.  


WORKPLACE HARASSMENT: Educate to Elevate Awareness

This training series is our most requested and 2nd highest-rated training.  It has 20+ training curriculums.  It provides a comprehensive overview about workplace harassment, including hostile working environment, sexual harassment, retaliation, and discrimination.  The training offers a proactive approach to preventing workplace harassment.   

This training is offered in two curriculums: 

        “What You Don’t “Can” Cost You (all-employees training)    

        “What You Don’t “Will” Cost You” (supervisor/leadership training- 2 day training) 

Contemporary Issues in Law Enforcement

This training provides an in-depth look into the current issues of law enforcement and community challenges, such as explicit and implicit bias, police corruption, minorities in law enforcement, police and the minority community relationship, recruiting, and much more.  

Improving Our Police and Community Relations

This training provides an overview of the relationship between law enforcement and the community they serve. This training also includes identifying successful community/relations models and practices.  

Increasing Student Safety and School Resources

This training will provide an analysis of safety issues that students face along with local and national resources to assist SRO’s professionals, teachers and parents.  

Implicit Bias: A Shift to Conscious Accountability

This training is designed to examine the  “unconscious” behaviors of stereotyping while performing police duties and identifing practical ways to reduce biases. 

Law Enforcement: Cultures and Diversity Within Our Communities

This training will provide an in-depth examination into our nation’s cultures, communities, and community members as it relates to legal and professional policing. The training will offer various strategies to successful interact with diverse cultures.  

Violence and Sexual Assault Amongst Our Community

This training is designed to provide an analysis of violent crimes toward children, women, minorities, and LGBTQ+ members.  Also, the training will identify community resources for victims.  

Ethics and Professionalism in Law Enforcement

This training is designed to improve ethical and professional practices while interacting with the community.  Also, the training will evaluate unlawful and unethical acts as a law enforcement professional and it consequences. 

Crisis Intervention & De-escalation

This training is designed to increase the safety of both the officer and an individual who may be experiencing agitation and/or traumatization.  The training will offer de-escalation practices and identify community resources.
