Alana Williams has served her community as a deputy sheriff and police officer for more than a decade.  Through her extensive education and experience in criminal justice, Alana is able to offer knowledgeable and various perspectives during her engaging classes.

WORKPLACE HARASSMENT: Educate to Elevate Awareness

This training series is our most requested class.  It has over 20+ curriculums.  It provides a comprehensive overview about workplace harassment, to include hostile working environment, sexual harassment, retaliation, and discrimination.  This course is offered in two curriculums: All-employees and supervisor/leadership training.  Classes may range from 1-hour up to 3 days. 

Women in Law Enforcement

This is 1 of 2 of our highest-rated classes from participants.  This class is designed for men and women in  law enforcement and it provides an in-depth analysis of women in law enforcement

Autism Awareness for First Responders (Contracted with Interaction Advisory Group)

This is our other highest-rated class.  This class is intended to increase the first responders safety and the safety of the individual with Autism Spectrum Disorder.  It has been told by police veterans with 20, 30, and 40 years law enforcement experience, that this is one of the BEST CLASSES THAT THEY HAVE EVER TAKEN!!

This class discusses the brotherhood of policing and how it relates to performing the job professionally and legally from a cultural perspective.

Contemporary Issues of Law Enforcement

This class provides an in-depth look into the current issues of law enforcement, and inter-departmental and community challenges.

Increasing Student Safety and School Resources

This class will provide an analysis of safety issues that student face along with local and national resources to assist SRO professionals. 

Violence and Sexual Assault Amongst Our Community

This class is designed to provide an analysis of violent crimes toward children, women, and LGBTQ individuals.
